STANDARD WARRANTY
Product Warranty
Cambium Networks warrants (“Product Warranty”), to its end users, its hardware products (“Products”) against defects in material and workmanship, when used under normal conditions and consistent with applicable Product documentation supplied with the Product, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase by the first end user. This Product Warranty is provided only to the original end user, and is not transferrable. The Product Warranty ceases upon transfer of the hardware product to a new owner.
Cambium Networks’ sole responsibility under this Product Warranty shall be the repair or replacement of in-warranty defective Product, or to credit the purchase price of the defective Product, at Cambium Networks’ sole discretion, without charge. Any repair or replacement made under the Product Warranty will not extend the original warranty period.

Cambium Networks Announces New Standard Factory Warranty on Industry Leading Wireless Broadband, Wi-Fi and Switching Equipment

Outdoor Wireless Broadband and Wi-Fi Now Covered for Three Years, Indoor Enterprise Wi-Fi Access Point and Switches Now Covered for Five Years
ROLLING MEADOWS, IL, February 1, 2019 — Cambium Networks, a leading global provider of wireless networking solutions, today announced that the standard factory warranty on selected equipment will be extended at no additional charge to customers. This warranty extension applies to the majority of wireless connectivity solutions in the Cambium Networks Wireless Fabric of Connectivity Solutions.

Cambiumdistro.ca warrants that, beginning on the date of shipment by Cambiumdistro.ca to the original purchaser (“Customer”), and ending at the end of the CambiumNetworks.com standard warranty thereafter, the Cambiumdistro.ca hardware will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
Cambiumdistro.ca’s only obligation, and Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty will be, at Cambiumdistro.ca’s option, repair or replacement of a defective unit or a refund of the price paid to Cambiumdistro.ca for the defective unit. The warranty will be effective only if Customer returns the defective unit or units of hardware to Cambiumdistro.ca, freight and insurance prepaid, within the standard warranty period provided by Cambiumnetworks.com. Customer will not return any unit of hardware to Cambiumdistro.ca unless Customer first receives a return materials authorization number from Open Mesh. Contact Cambiumdistro.ca to obtain a return materials authorization number. Cambiumdistro.ca’s warranty will not apply if the hardware (a) has been altered, (b) has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress or misuse, or (c) was improperly installed.
Except as set forth in this warranty, Cambiumdistro.ca makes no express or implied warranties, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. All such warranties are excluded to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Transfer of Ownership
